Quincy B manager held liable for his death.

Police investigation has been concluded and have found Mr. Louis McCarthy liable for the death of the young promising musician.According to the police, Quincy B didn't have a valid driving license and that the car was registered in the name of Mr. McCarthy.

Mainwhile according to police sources Mr. McCarthy will face possible charges of manslaughter and criminal negligence among others.
